In complete secrecy, the the New Imperial Japanese army will be developing some really bad and untrustwortyh nuclear weapons that are sure to fail all the time. Just don't tell the scientists though.

Success!!!! sort of.... not rally, no
The drugged up scientists have come up with a fool proof plan on how to make a nuclear weapon. They will put a man with a sharp sword in a large metal conatiner, and as the bomb is dropped from a plane, he will try and split an atom with his sword.

Test drops have been made with better then expected results. Or, what they thought of as a good result.... when teh container hit the ground, the cloud of smoke and blood they saw fly up in the air was mistaken for an explosion. They just don;t wanna go close to the drop site, because of fear of radiation.
