This is a diplomatic encounter started by the country Japan, trying to make bonds with the country Iran.
This is just an example, and isnt reflected by the respective countries.

The Telegram Phase

Japan:

To: Iran
From: Japan
Subject: Bonds
We hope to become friendly in this area, as we wish to create a trading 'hub' in south-eastern asia, to improve the worlds economy.
We hope to meet you in Tokyo, or are willing to meet at your convienience.

Iran:

To: Japan
From: Iran
Subject: RE:Bonds
This proposition interests us.
We hope to meet you in Tokyo by next Wednesday.

--------------------------------
The Meeting Phase
Iran:
Parviz Davoodi steps off the plane to get into an armoured vehicle that transports him to the Iranian embassy in Tokyo.
He meets with Ichiro Ozaw.
"I am delighted to be meeting you."
Japan:
"It is our pleasure, Sir Davoodi.
I shall take you through the details of our proposition."
Ozaw takes out a hefty block of papers.
"This is all of it, but to give you a streamlined version, we are willing to trade you our bamboo farm supplies for a steady supply of oil."
[I realise Japan doesnt grow Bamboo]
Iran:
"I'm not sure this is exactly what we want for our countrys economy.
We were thinking more along the lines of new fleets to trade our commodities, and a safer trading enviroment, not a commodities deal."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Results Phase
Japan:
"Will you settle for free trading slots in our ports for a steady supply of imports from your country?"
Iran:
"I believe this is acceptable"
