Any Ra Student wishing to be apart of this PM me or email me that you do.
I am going to be conducting field tests to see who the Elite four are going to be.
This means you will duel me and the outcome will determine my decision.
After i have dueled all active Ra students i will post my decisions in the Ra forum.
Requirements in order to be considered.
1. You maintain a regular online schedule, no dissappearing for months or weeks at a time. This would be unfair to challengers as they cannot advance to the next of the elite 4 until they have defeated you. So be sure you will be able to get on at least 3 times a week. Also if you have any special circumstances post when the best days for you are.
2. You must have a sort of Instant Messanger service, OR if you do not have one and cannot download one, then be willing to use the chat room at the bottom of the forum.
3.(After you have been accepted) Post a Profile of yourself in the Ra Dormitory section. The profile so far will include these requirements....
