::Having come to his senses now, The Source raises his huge tail and shakes it threateningly above the two remaining pests. He's ready to sweep it down at them, whipping them off their feet, or perhaps taking their heads clean off.::

[Dante]

::Dante shakes a flurry of gold dust out of his hands towards the Source and the ceiling and then grabs Veronica by the arm. They shimmer out to the hidden passage as it begins to glow::

[The Source]

::While explosions destroy the ceiling and bring it tumbling down, The Source darks for the mouth of the passage, crushing his head through its small opening. The passage is forced to crumble under his strength, widening because it has to as the serpent forces its way through. His thin tail flicks up on the way out of the hideout, hitting the wall above the passage and cracking it, bringing down the plaster and brickwork to block the passage as the snake disappears to the secret tunnel.::
