Yes, she was alone and yes, she felt like a looser.
Temperance had always been the one on time, being sure to never come late and preferable be a couple of minutes early. Though, she was never too early, she didn’t enjoy being the first and only one on set while everyone was missing, but she disliked the thought of being late even more. She hated to be the person everyone would stare at as she dashed in, blossoming red of embarrassment. So, Temp would time her arrival so that she would come just in time to whatever appointment or occasion was scheduled.
She had been looking forward to this all day, she and her siblings were going to a movie together, just hanging out, pretending that everything was like it used to be. And Temp hated when they did that, she would rather be at home, talk to both of them and ask them to say what they were doing while away. So, in an attempt to lead Tempie’s mind astray Ryder had suggested them all going to the cinema. The youngest Davies sibling had always liked watching movies and couldn’t help but look forward to their family plans. She was a big fan of horror movies despite the fear of watching them while dark, Temp didn’t like the dark in general as well. Most of the less happy memories from her childhood had been fittingly repressed, but she could still remember what happened during night. It was during night she could hear their mother sob in the kitchen, a bottle of wine clucking in her hand. It was during night she would hear both Ryder and Amelia cry. Amelia shedding tears out of longing for their father and Ryder crying out frustration and anger. Temperance would also cry now and then, but that period was mostly a confusing time for her.
Earlier that day she had spent several hours at the library with some fellow college friends, they were working on a project assignment together that was due in two days. It had been hard work and now she looked forward to just relax and watch a movie. They had all agreed to meet in the lobby since they would be spread all over town beforehand, and the first one there would buy the tickets. After searching for her siblings Temp concluded that they hadn’t arrived yet so she bought the tickets for the newest movie, an action thriller. But as time passed and none of her siblings came and Temperance grew restless, finally deciding to call them.
“What do you mean 'a change of plans’?!” she complained to the person on the other end, “But what am I now supposed to do?!” Frustrated Temp stamped her foot, she had been looking forward to this and now her brother as well would be doing something else. Hanging up after muttering goodbye Temperance looked down at the 3 tickets in her hand. What was she now supposed to do with them? Maybe she could just give them away? After a quick glance around she realized the lobby was quickly emptying, the different movies were probably starting, and she feel like a big fool standing there, not knowing what to do.
Célia arrived, breathing out fogyish air. People on the streets stopping her all the time to ask for her autograph. every time she would smile and sign on paper. When she finally came out of the crowd of people she found herself where she wanted to be, the cinema. She came into the lobby.
She smiled to herself and hugged herself from the cold that she cold still feel a little. Her hand in leather gloves and her coat as chique as ever. She looked at the list of movies playing, most of them were full already, especially her favorite movie. Well the one she thought would become her favorite. She sighed and looked around.
She then saw a girl standing still, looking at 3 tickets in her hands, she seemed to be waiting for someone. Maybe she was lost? Well she could always come to her for help.
Célia than wondered if she would be recognized in the movie theater it self. She closed her eyes and tried to imagine it but shrugged. It wasn't always easy being a celebrity.

Temperance looked up and towards the doors when she heard loud voices and yelling, her gaze fell upon a young woman, hugging herself to shield from the cold outside. Temp looked back at her tickets, momentarily wondering why there had been so many people screaming and making a ruckus outside. It was slightly odd. Shaking away those thought she instead concentrated on a more important matter; what was she going to do with the tickets? It would be a waste of both money and the movie if she would just throw them away, but still, Temperance didn’t have the courage to walk up to some stranger and ask them if they wanted to join her. If anything else it was strange and the person would probably stare at here before slowly stepping away, wondering what kind of lunatic asked strangers on movie dates.
With a sight Temperance’s hands feel to the side, she let the ticket fall to the floor except for one which she would be using, and then slowly stepped way and headed to the toilettes. She had to ‘go’ before the movie, or else she would have to run out in the middle of it. Pushing the door open to the women’s restrooms Temp walked over to the last booth in line.
Célia looked at the dropped ticket and slowly went to pick them up before looking in the direction the girl had left. She looked at the ticket once more before walking quickly to the girl.
" Hey, you dropped your tickets." she started nicely. " You knows those places are pretty good..." She smiled. " Are you waiting for someone?"
But she was interrupted by fans who came to ask her autograph.
Célia smiled and signed a few autograph and they left. She turned towards the girl once more.
"Look if you want, I could go with you? But if your are waiting for someone then I don,t want to be too much..."
She gave the tickets back to the girl and turned around to walk away.

Temp was just about to enter one of the booths when a girl approached her and she was surprised that a stranger would walk up to someone who had to pee. But when Temperance saw that the girl was holding the tickets she just minutes ago had voluntarily dropped she couldn’t help but blush. Silently Temp listened to the girl speak, explaining how she got the tickets and curiously asking if Temperance was waiting for someone. She was just about to answer the girls question when a little swarm of giggling girls and one and another boy (in the girls bathroom!) entered. Not caring much for what they all were doing it suddenly occurred to Tempie when she looked closer that the people were asking for autographs. Frowning she looked at the helpful girl; she did look a little familiar but maybe she just had that kind of face that got easily mixed up?
After a while the little crowd left and the girl who had been signing papers turned to Temp once more.
"Look if you want, I could go with you? But if your are waiting for someone then I don,t want to be too much..."
Blinking a couple of times and too stunned to say anything Temperance watched, to her dismay, the girl turn and walk away. “No! Wait!” Temp called out when she finally found the words, “Hey, if you are free as well we might just watch the movie together. I’ve heard it’s a good one and I got ditched by those who I was supposed to go with.” She smiled tryingly at the girl, hoping she would accept the offer and then introduced herself, “I’m Temperance by the way, and you are?”
Célia turned around and looked at the girl who had just presented herself. She smiled. She looked into the girls eyes and held out her hand. The other esting on her side. She was surprised that the girl still hadn't recognized her but she was also happy and releaved. Finally someone who would do something else then ask her for autographs and pictures.
"I'd love to go with you! It's a pleasure to meet you, Temperance. It's a nice name you have there! I'm Célia Rose Noir but you can just call me Célia..." She smiled. She looked at Temperance. She actually looked really nice and Célia thought she might actually be able to become friends with her... maybe...
She then heard a crowd of fans from behind but tried to ignore them. They seemed to be staying behind for now...

Tempie blushed at the compliment about her name. Yes, it wasn’t really the most common name out there and it wasn’t the easiest name to carry, she had had her share of teasing and taunting. Nicknames like Tampon and bad jokes like “Do you have a temperature” had followed her through her whole life, but it had gotten better as she grew up and hanged around adults. “Thanx,” Temp replied looking down with pink cheeks before adding,“Your name is pretty as well.”
Smiling Temperance noticed another wave of people that were probably fans, though she was a little unsure why this girl had any. Suddenly Temp became a little self-conscious; if this girl was a celebrity she probably didn’t want to hand around her. Maybe this Célia person was a little mad because Temperance didn’t know who she was. But if she was an actress Temp might have recognised her, Temp was a sucker for movies, though mostly cult classics, and if this girl was an artist Temp would have only know her if she belonged to some indie group or played old school or modern rock. You could say that she had a strange taste of music, Temperance enjoyed listening to ‘oldies’ with artists such as Cindy Lauper and Wham! Instead of the current bubblegum pop and RnB.
“You don’t have to come if you don’t want to,” She said cautiously.
"Thanks.... Never really thought so..." She answered. She looked behind to see the mob of people who had JUST seen her and sighed. [Just what I need...she thought sarcasticaly] She looked back at Temperance. "Don't worry I'de love to go with you... I came here to watch a movie!"
She smiled. It seemed at least ONE person here still didn't know. The fans ran around her asking the singer / actress / top model for an authograph. At the last person, Célia sighed again. "Sorry about that... I get that very often... That explains why I just don't get out of my house much..." There was a silence.
"Umm, so, how about we go watch that movie before a mob of fans come back? What do you say?" Célia carefully waited for Temperance's answer.

Temperance laughed at her comment after noticing the irritated sigh over the ‘fans’. Temp was glad that she didn’t know who Celia was, because she had a feeling that if she did she would probably be acting the same way. She would be very giddy, obsessive and stalk-ish; fandom had that way with her. “Haha! Yes, so did I! I’m glad that that plan didn’t change, only the cast. Besides, I’ve heard that this new action-thriller is super cool!” Temp waved the tickets Celia had returned to her in front of them. Taking a closer look at the tickets she noticed the movie had already started ten minutes ago. “Bugger! The movie started a couple of minutes ago! I hope that was just the pre-views, but we gotta hurry! The screening is in saloon number 5.”
Hurrying to the door of the ladies room it suddenly struck Temperance how funny and weird this whole thing was; meeting a celebrity she couldn’t place and then ending going to the movies with her. Holding the door open Temp smiled, “Hey! Are you coming? Let’s go! It’s this way!” Darting towards the saloon doors across the hall she hoped Celia wasn’t wasting time; Temperance hated not watching movies from the very beginning. Sure, if she missed five, even ten minutes from the beginning she could watch the rest, but the nagging though of what had happened during those five ten minutes would always bother her. And right now she hoped that it had only been trailers for new movies that she had missed,
Célia trailed behind Temperance passing where she had to. But her mind seemed to be eslewhere... She was thinking of later on tonight. She was "hunting" once more tonight. She was thinking of whom she would make her victim. She couldn't find it so easily. Then she thought about her busy week... She had that singing fashion show thnigy the next day... Great!
Célia entered the salon and found a seat in the back not to bother anyone and motionned Temperance to come next to her. Hopefully they hadn't missed the movie yet. They had missed the previews. Célia smiled. The movie seemed really good so far. Her mind kept going back to the thoughts of the next day until Célia really was into the movie.
