The Estates
These are the more expensive area where people with power. It would happen to be where the pure bloods and clan leaders live. To humans, it's just the people with big bucks. The estates are a few miles from London and in more open agricultural areas that are owned by the home owners.

A three story apartment complex. Their apartments consist of a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom providing all the necessity hygienic needs, and your choice of a one bedroom or a two bedroom (master bedroom has a closet). It's cheap and affordable for collage or low wage job workers.
