after a great few weeks of shooting toxic dancing in canterbury, the team has filmed all they need. to celebrate, and thank the town, the producers have invited everyone to the wrap party taking place in the community park. while the event is 18+, those under 18 who are sneaky enough can surely find a way in.
this may the city is hosting it's first annual casino night with all proceeds going to the local ASPCA. make sure to gamble wisely and enjoy the feel of Las Vegas right in your own hometown!
all of the essential student services belong around here. from the student lounge to the auditorium, a lot of extracurricular activities are done here.
the ellison academy campus is maintained with the utmost care, and the students and staff appreciate having a comfortable and beautiful place to relax and walk around.
extra buildings on campus for students to enjoy (or not enjoy if you're stuck in the library studying for that calculus exam) and participate in extracurriculars.
canterbury is a relatively large town (of around 30 000 people give or take) in connecticut, usa. lots of people come into town to socialize and hang out with friends.
where all of the local restaurants and diners and coffee shops are located. enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or maybe try the italian place down the road. make sure to pick up some fresh bread and cupcakes on the way home, though!
a gym for all those who want to stay in shape! free weights, machines, a track, and two basketball courts, and one indoor soccer field. memberships for adults are $60/month, $45 for students and seniors.
lucky for visitors, canterbury is home to a very pleasant inn. there are plenty of rooms, smoking and non-smoking, and it is located conveniently near ellison academy. the rates are low so even ellison alumni can stop by to visit their friends still in school.
for the locals and staff members who contribute to making canterbury such a wonderful place to thrive, these residences come in a variety of sizes based on your means of living. it's a pleasant community and neighborhood to live in, and isn't too far from main street.
not many people leave canterbury once they are here, but every once in a while a group of students or locals go for a little getaway. there is a campground, forest, and even the occasional cottage. or maybe you fancy a trip back home. the world is at your fingertips. grab it while you still can.
an expansive area 30 minutes outside of canterbury. the students have access to places like starbucks coffee, a rather expensive, and small, grocery store, and a small shopping strip.
scattered around the campus, there are many modern day buildings that hold everything from the library, the registrar, classrooms, laboratories, and a multitude of other things.
stratton university, being fairly new, has a small student body. since it is so small, the need for on campus living is limited. there are a total of four residences - three co-ed, one all female. all buildings were finished in 1977 and refurbished in 2004. all buildings are a pleasure to live in. there are also a handful of frats and sororities!
