I'm gonna bring Kaiser back, as a character to advance a plot, but THIS is going to be my god character.
Listen to this while reading bio, for effect: Lacrimosa Description: In ancient times there was a vast western empire, and at its head, an emperor of unimaginable power and influence. In but a few short years he had decimated and dominated his neighboring lands, acquiring more countries and more power as he went. Finally, when he challenged the eastern realm, his army met its match. They fought for 10 years until finally the western empire retreated, it's army torn apart. The emperor needed more soldiers, but there were no more to be supplied and in its weakened state, his army could not defend itself against its neighbors let alone the last forces of the Eastern Realm. Thirteen of the greatest sorcerers to be found in the empire were summoned hastily to the emperor's side. He asked them to use all of their magical proficiencies to construct an army forged of magic and alchemy; a perfect army of perfect soldiers. After three long months of work, as the borders of the empire was breached by its foes, the fruits of the sorcerers' laboring came forth. It stood the height of an average man, but was far from human. It was lean and lithe, but far stronger than its size should have allowed. From head to foot its tight, corded muscles quivered beneath a coat of short fur. It had no eyes, ears or nose on its face that could be seen, but a unsettlingly human jaw full of sharpened teeth deterred any from looking closely. It was long limbed and its legs were jointed like that of a dog. At first glance upon its hands one might think it held daggers, the claws on its limbs were so large and fierce; in the sunlight they gleamed metallic and could slice a grown tree in twain. They called it Subject Seven; it called itself "Frost". It was the first lycanomorph, the first and only instance of a creature being born of magic yet being truly alive, of flesh and bone. After close study of the restrained and angry creature, they figured out their mistake. It was sapient; beyond sapient, it was dangerously intelligent. Indeed, it was a furious creature, unbridled rage. The only thing it hated more than its makers was itself. They altered their incantations and went to work creating a new version that would follow its master's orders. After 213 were produced, Subject seven escaped its holding cage. After a brief, but brilliantly efficient killing spree, it was cornered by all of the palace guards and the Thirteen sorcerers themselves. It did something then, cornered in a dark room, that not a soul could have predicted. It called out loudly, its unearthly roar echoing through the palace. Two-hundred and thirteen unearthly voices echoed back. At the time, the other creatures were being marched before the emperor, who was pleased beyond words at the work of the thirteen, but as loyal subjects would answer the call of their king, the robotic trance of the lycanomorphs was halted by Frost's call to arms. The emperor and every other living person in the palace witnessed firsthand the fury of this new army; not a soul was left alive. Hurt, lost and in despair, Frost ran with his brethren to the surrounding wilderness. He lived their in isolation for several years with his kin, terrorizing nearby villages and slaughtering any who drew near. What no one knew, however, was that Frost crept back to the abandoned palace and eventually found what he was looking for: his brethren's magical "recipe". He destroyed every evidence of it, but not before altering the spells and creating several more lycanomorphs; females, for all thus far were designed male. Afterwards, they all disappeared. Some say he went north and established his own kingdom in the harsh, frigid lands where no person lives. Strange tales of furry demon men, smaller than any yeti, still pop up once in a while, told by those who venture into the North. I believe in any case that he is still around, still hating his creators and brooding over his existence. Some say he may even return someday, for good or for evil, to the world of men, but that is purely speculation. Strengths and Abilities: - Can only be killed by destroying the lower portion of his brain, and even decapitation will only result in another body being grown (though I doubt he could get away without help, and could easily be finished off). - Five times stronger than a man of equal musculature size (he could bench over a thousand pounds). - Hardened, metallic bones that can withstand great abuse. - Can leap great distances and is very agile and lithe. - Can cling to walls, as a gecko almost, and climb great distances. - Never tires. - Must eat constantly to keep up its regenerative abilities, but can eat nearly anything and convert it to energy. - Can see in the dark and can sense heat. - Can roar loudly, with force akin to a small sonic boom. - Very skilled combatant; can rival even the some of the greatest swordsmen and martial artists. - His fur can shift value from pure white all the way to black and can even form patterns. - Very stealthy. - Very intelligent. - Immune to cold environments. Weaknesses: - Fire and acid wounds do not heal fast, but take a long time and can be very dangerous. Roleplaying Notes: - He loves his lycanomorphs and is very prideful. - He HATES killing, but does it out of rage and defense. - He is very creative. He loves to listen to music. - He dislikes and distrusts all other living races, but he may never forgive humans for creating him. - He enjoys drinking, though he can consume a lot before he is inebriated. - He befriended one human, and one human only through his long existence (a blind human archer who helped him find at least partial peace with his existence). - He has a very long memory. - He is inexplicably terrified of owls. (P.s.- This is my lycanomorph character which is from the story I'm working on. In the story, they are created by scientists in the very near future, created to be the ultimate biological warfare. Normally, he would fit better in Aftermath, but I have adapted him to Syvalm. |
