Quenva easily dodged the fast moving missiles which exploded against trees behind him. He wasn't harmed in the least, but he was surely surprised at the sudden unexpected display of magical proficiency. He made sure to keep his surprised thoughts private, however.

Katherine flew in a backwards flip in the air to evade the incoming blow of the staff. "What are you?"
She pushed higher into the air until she was 20 feet above the cloaked figure and over 45 feet above the ground, then.. letting gravity take over she spiraled down with all speed towards her adversary, a gently pulsing glowing ball grew in size in her hands as she plummeted for the strike. "Puterea soarelui dau la tine" |

Quenva jumped to the end of his staff and leaned as far as he could away from the fireballs, then leaped off the end of the stick while carrying it with him. The tails of his robe caught fire and he seriously considered the fact that the night might not last long enough for him to keep up this dodging act.

The cold air rushed across her pale face with increased vigor as she made her descent towards her target
The magic emanated a brilliant soft light, cascadeing off the expanding ball to show Katherines refined features locked in concentration. Within seconds she was within 10 feet of the creature, letting the magic release from her hands the now glowing ball, the size of a small boulder, sped towards the anticipated moon sheperd Katherine did not have much time herself, with all haste she moved to the side |
