Description: days after gathering
Lord Hoehn - February 23, 2010 03:18 AM (GMT)
As night approached, Kathrine made her way towards the encampment
The Rogue King - February 23, 2010 03:30 AM (GMT)
Jenn sat at a small fire with her little tent to her back; poking at the fire enjoying the night.
Lord Hoehn - February 23, 2010 03:53 AM (GMT)
Having no reason to have her presence not known, she made her way towards the ground a little ways from the fire. The woman matched the limited description that silly sam had told her
"Beautiful night, is it no", as she walked next to the fire "What with the full moon and all, we can expect the wee folk to make fun tonight" laughing softly"
"I wasn't expecting anyone else out here tonight"
The Rogue King - February 23, 2010 04:08 AM (GMT)
Jenn eyed the newcomer, "I wasn't expecting anyone either please come join me I still have some food if your hungry." She pulled out another chair form her tent and set it across the fire from her. She's pretty.
Lord Hoehn - February 23, 2010 04:23 AM (GMT)
"Your to kind, but I'm afraid I don't eat meat" waving away the food that the woman offered politely
slowly sitting down in the seat offered to her "I don't believe we've met", "My name is Kathrine"
The Rogue King - February 24, 2010 12:51 AM (GMT)
"Pleased to meet you I'm Jenn. So what brings a woman as beautiful and obviously as wealthy as you out here?"
Lord Hoehn - February 28, 2010 02:20 AM (GMT)
Her eyes glowed softly, " I'll let you on a little secret" said Katherine as she leaned a bit closer
"I'm trying to find a King"
The Rogue King - February 28, 2010 04:11 PM (GMT)
Jenn giggled a very flirtatious laugh, her mind too strong to be affected by the hypnosis of a vampire, "girl aren't we all." She bit her lower lip as she looked Katherine up and down for about the hundredth time, "but you wanna know something?" She leaned in as if she had a very important secret to tell, slowly rubbing her inner thigh the while time, "I think I'd rather have you. Maybe I can help you in some other way?"
Lord Hoehn - June 10, 2010 04:59 AM (GMT)
Katherine gave a wicked grimace, she was digusted with this human and her questiong was getting her no were, perhaps whe would have better luck in anothe place she had in mind
La Revedere human, as she dissapered from site
KaiserKold - June 13, 2010 12:00 PM (GMT)
OOC: Really? All joking aside, I was supposed to confront you Randall, if not fight you.
Lord Hoehn - June 15, 2010 05:14 AM (GMT)
Catching a glimpse from the corner of her eyes, a dark shaded figure followed behind her in the night sky above the tree line
Am I being followed, and by what or for whom?, she was more than a little nervous
She flew into the branches of the canopy with speed, dodgeing tree after tree to lose the unkown entity
KaiserKold - June 15, 2010 05:55 AM (GMT)
The stalking moon shepherd cursed to himself. He knew he shouldn't have uncloaked, no matter how well hidden he envisioned himself, for vampires have impeccable senses. Normally he would never have uncloaked, but it took so much concentration, that he almost couldn't hold his footing on the side of the tree (a most awkward image indeed!) He could concentrate on it, he scolded himself, if he weren't getting so dreadfully bothered by the nature of his foe and the idea of confronting it. He cloaked himself fully, for what it was now worth, and raced on after the vampiress, easily gaining on her pace. She moved nimbly through the trees, admirably so, but no one could beat the balance and agility of the moon shepherd, who honestly appeared to be gliding at breakneck pace, rather than jumping. It was only a matter of time before he caught up to his enemy.
Lord Hoehn - June 16, 2010 05:50 AM (GMT)
She glided down near a small clearing in the woods , her ribcage moving in labored breaths as she tried to catch her breath
To see if she was being followed Katherine looked behind her on either side of the large tree she hid behind, though she could not see anything but something inside her made her feel like she was being watched, it was like the human expression, she could feel it in her gut
KaiserKold - September 6, 2010 01:31 AM (GMT)
He stopped and listened for her for what seemed like long moments but could discern nothing more than the creatures of the night going about their ways. He could still sense her, however, so she hadn't fled the area.
<FOOLISH BEAST> He directed his booming mental intrusion at the vampire. He knew she was proficient enough to not be consumed by the mental assault, but he kept it up anyway. <YOU THINK YOURSELF A CREATURE OF THE NIGHT? NO, FOUL FIEND! YOU ARE MERELY A CREATURE OF DARKNESS.>
He looked up and closed four of his six eyes, basking in the brilliant, beautiful full moon. <ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU THE TRUE POWER OF THE NIGHT!>
His eyes shone furiously red as he channeled the power of the full moon. Suddenly the night became brighter, brighter and brighter still as the very moon itself seemed to grow in the sky. Owls and bats and moths of all shapes and sizes flew in from every neck of the woods. A hundred creatures at least now swarmed around the vampire, giving her position away nicely. Suddenly a new creature appeared above the moon shepherd, eager to join in the action - his arhuak, or spirit animal, Vjo who appeared as a beautiful owl but with the same six eyed, featureless face of it's master. It stared at the moon and it's eyes began to glow with the same red light. It was an experience that only a moon shepherd could appreciate, but to Quenva it felt as if all the good feelings to be felt in life were all assaulting his senses simultaneously. A pure and total ecstasy that only a moon shepherd channelling the power of a true full moon could feel.
He closed his eyes and walked up the tree and leaped into the night sky hanging there for a full five seconds. <You cannot hide fiend, the night will not protect you from me> He mentally laughed. He could only hope she was stupid enough and would try to turn into a bat or some other tiny creature, animals of the night seemed hungry indeed.
Lord Hoehn - September 6, 2010 03:51 AM (GMT)
<FOOLISH BEAST>, the booming voice blasted inside Katherine's mind. She couldn't understand how this was possible. What creature could possibly keep up with her in the night, could it be a warlock, a wizard?
<YOU THINK YOURSELF A CREATURE OF THE NIGHT? NO, FOUL FIEND! YOU ARE MERELY A CREATURE OF DARKNESS.>
Whatever it was, it was no friend
perhaps a powerful cleric, she began to whisper softly as a blue fireball began to materalize in her hand
YOU THINK I CHOSE THIS!
Her legs flexed as she leaped out in the open to meet her opponnet as a new wave of voices boomed in her mind <ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU THE TRUE POWER OF THE NIGHT!>
All she could make out was a cloaked figure staring at her with six ruby red eyes, As she was about to release her fireball a blinding light filled the entire sky around her. Katherine cried out in pain trying to protect her eyes with her arm as the light tore at her sight with such intensity, she couldn't help in her pain to release the fireball recklessly in the sky
Then out of no where the sky turned to life as all the creatures of the woods acted as one mind. Moving in a cyclone of noise around her
"WHY!" She shrieked in frustration and confusion, she flew higher into the air to avoid the thunder of animal voices. Out of the corner of her eyes she caught the same pair of red eyes, another two fireballs tore threw the sky towards those red eyes, who or whatever they belonged to.

Quenva easily dodged the fast moving missiles which exploded against trees behind him. He wasn't harmed in the least, but he was surely surprised at the sudden unexpected display of magical proficiency. He made sure to keep his surprised thoughts private, however.
<My turn> He swung his staff in a swirling, dazzling maneuver then jabbed it quickly at the vampiress' head and was already coiling his legs in anticipation of an evasive leap.
Lord Hoehn - September 6, 2010 04:43 AM (GMT)
Katherine flew in a backwards flip in the air to evade the incoming blow of the staff. "What are you?"
She pushed higher into the air until she was 20 feet above the cloaked figure and over 45 feet above the ground, then.. letting gravity take over she spiraled down with all speed towards her adversary, a gently pulsing glowing ball grew in size in her hands as she plummeted for the strike.
"Puterea soarelui dau la tine"
KaiserKold - September 6, 2010 07:33 AM (GMT)
Quenva jumped to the end of his staff and leaned as far as he could away from the fireballs, then leaped off the end of the stick while carrying it with him. The tails of his robe caught fire and he seriously considered the fact that the night might not last long enough for him to keep up this dodging act.
Lord Hoehn - September 6, 2010 04:14 PM (GMT)
The cold air rushed across her pale face with increased vigor as she made her descent towards her target
The magic emanated a brilliant soft light, cascadeing off the expanding ball to show Katherines refined features locked in concentration.
Within seconds she was within 10 feet of the creature, letting the magic release from her hands the now glowing ball, the size of a small boulder, sped towards the anticipated moon sheperd
Katherine did not have much time herself, with all haste she moved to the side
