CTU Field Agnet Group: Members Posts: 546 Member No.: 31 Joined: 24-January 04	that ending was a load of rubbish!!! first of all he is quickly shaking hands with everyone then comes up to this lady and has a handshake that goes on for an eternity! and it int like he HAS to stay there since they only exchange compliments. and then right after you see him collapse. i was totally confused about it since they never said anything about season 3 leading on from that event, not to mention that unbelievable handshake. i think ive already said alot about the conclusion in other threads so cant be bothered repeating myself. all in all it was terribly done

Lmao!! I know it's totally dumb how the handshake went on forever, how lame is that? I can't believe the fans did'nt give the writers hell for that. It's just not acceptable.

No kidding, it was a lame cliffhanger attempt. And even if they did'nt know what else to put and ended up going with that, they could have at least made up a resolution for it in the S3 premiere!

CTU Field Agnet Group: Members Posts: 546 Member No.: 31 Joined: 24-January 04	no resolution in S3! how dense are these writers!! i know the point of a cliffhanger, but this one was a pile of pig feed!!! and even my friend, who is a much better story writer and analyser, couldnt understand it! they never mentioned S3 and therefore there was no way for anyone to understand it. correct me if im wrong, but germs couldnt possibly make skin blister THAT quickly, so at the time i was thinking he touched some acid-like chemical. also correct me if im wrong, didnt he shake other peoples hands after he shook hands with the germ-lady, therefore infecting other people as well? (maybe in S3 theres an unexplained outbreak somewhere, possibly it came from palmers handshakes)

And you're right, there do seem to be better fanfic writers than the writers for a show. Sometimes I just have to wonder what on earth they're thinking!
